Kommersant newspaper published an article with an excerpt from an interview we gave on the development of the children's entertainment industry in Russia.
We agree with all the participants in the article, except for VMT Consult's statement regarding the payback period for large children's centers being 4-5 years. Projects with such a long payback period in our country would be unattractive to investors and clients, especially given the high cost of capital. Large, expensive projects should be commissioned exclusively from professionals and supported by professionals who have proven their effectiveness through extensive experience and numerous completed projects. Then, from an investment perspective, the projects will be highly profitable, with a payback period of up to 1.5 years.
